Mohamed Shaker has a wealth of experience spanning various roles and fields. His professional journey includes a remarkable 13-year tenure as a data entry specialist and administrative secretary at the Central Administration for Medical Care, Egyptian Radio & TV Union (ERTU).

Starting in 2009, Mohamed embarked on a path that saw him excel in multiple capacities. For two years, from 2009 to 2012, he served as a data entry specialist and receptionist at the medical care laboratories. Following this, he transitioned to a similar role within the private clinics of the Central Administration for Medical Care, where he thrived for three years, from 2011 to 2014. This tenure was marked by his dedication and proficiency in data entry and reception duties.

In 2014, Mohamed took on a new challenge as a data entry specialist and administrative personnel at the office of Employee Affairs within the medical care department. His outstanding performance during this three-year period, from 2014 to 2017, underscored his commitment to excellence.

A pivotal shift occurred when Mohamed embraced a more technical role within the statistical and information department. Volunteering his expertise, he took the initiative to create a blog for the Central Administration for Medical Care. This platform facilitated the dissemination of vital information, including doctor schedules, hospital contact details, and medical analysis center information. His voluntary role extended to composing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistical reports pertaining to patient visits and transfers to contracted medical facilities. His efforts exemplified his dedication to improving patient accessibility to essential medical information.

From 2017 to 2021, Mohamed's commitment extended beyond his official responsibilities. He extended his support to colleagues by assisting them with computer hardware and operating system issues, ensuring seamless workflow across various departments.

Mohamed's journey reached a pinnacle in 2021 when he assumed the prestigious role of Senior Administrative Officer in the Central Administration for Medical Care. This role encompassed responsibilities such as crafting confidential employee reports, preparing payroll statements, drafting official internal and external correspondence, and resolving patient concerns. His dedication to optimizing operational efficiency led him to play a pivotal role in coordinating departmental tasks to mitigate any disruptions caused by absenteeism.

In October 2022, Mohamed took a significant step forward by resigning from his role, driven by a desire to explore new horizons. Eager to embrace fresh challenges, he aspires to channel his passion for computer-related work and internet technology towards international opportunities or continued success as a web designer and developer.

With a rich tapestry of experiences and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mohamed Shaker is poised to leave an indelible mark on whichever path he chooses to pursue.
